The lens does not feature a focus ring. Use the lens hood bayonet or front tube part, when extended (extends enough on shorter focal lengths up to 35mm). The distance scale only goes down to 1:6.9 at 55mm minimum focusing distance. Exakta sold a rebadge of this lens, as well as I think Quantaray did.
